La Cuarta Revolución Industrial en el campo organizacional
Sinopsis
La Cuarta Revolución Industrial, caracterizada por la integración de tecnologías avanzadas como la inteligencia artificial (IA), la robótica, el internet de las cosas y la computación en la nube, se configura para la gestión organizacional en un ambiente sin precedentes, que augura nuevos procesos de optimización. Algunos beneficios de esas dinámicas de cualificación son las siguientes: la toma de decisiones cuenta con el análisis de grandes cantidades de datos que señalan tendencias y patrones, las secuencias productivas transitan hacia la automatización y la fabricación aditiva, la gestión de suministros asegura su confiabilidad y eficiencia con la cadena de bloques, la gestión humana y la gestión de la relación con stakeholders acude a la realidad aumentada para hacer más eficaces las interacciones. Esta obra representa una aproximación a las hipótesis y desarrollos investigativos que se están planteando, desde la academia, sobre las disrupciones que supone la Cuarta Revolución Industrial en el campo organizacional.
