El sector turístico se ha convertido en fuente de desarrollo social y económico en comunidades de todo el planeta. Para el departamento de Boyacá, el turismo es un eje estratégico de desarrollo; este libro presenta Factores Críticos de Éxito para el Turismo en el departamento de Boyacá, determinados a través de revisión sistemática de literatura y priorizados mediante la consulta a expertos en turismo. Los factores de éxito priorizados para el turismo en Boyacá son el recurso humano, infraestructura vial, marketing de destino, políticas públicas, planificación del destino y sostenibilidad.
