La gestión del recurso humano en la micro y pequeña empresa

En este libro se presentan las razones por las cuales el desarrollo de las micro y pequeñas empresas es imperioso para el progreso económico de un lugar determinado. Espacio en el cual se hace necesario el uso efectivo de los recursos, especialmente el recurso humano, siendo esencial para generar oportunidades empresariales, económicas y sociales. Lo anterior debido a que cualquier tipo de activo sin la intervención del recurso humano, es un recurso pasivo, que no generará el valor deseado y en el cual la intervención de las personas que toman decisiones sobre el patrimonio tangible o intangible además de la aplicación de su trabajo permite la transformación y la generación de valor.
